These terms apply to your use of reclaimrent.co.uk, operated by O Law Ventures Ltd (Company No. 12857620), 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX.

What this service is

ReclaimRent helps you check whether you may be eligible for a Rent Repayment Order (RRO), gather your evidence, and generate a draft document pack to help with a Tribunal application. It also offers the option to be referred to O Law Ventures Ltd for full representation on a no-win-no-fee basis.

Not legal advice. ReclaimRent is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We are not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority or the Financial Conduct Authority, and this service does not fall within a regulated claims management activity. Nothing on this site or in any document it generates constitutes legal advice, and using this tool does not create a solicitor-client relationship. Rent Repayment Order outcomes are decided solely by the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) based on the facts and evidence of your case, and no result can be guaranteed.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information and evidence you provide — we generate your document pack based entirely on what you tell us
You're responsible for reviewing your generated document pack for accuracy and completeness before submitting anything to the Tribunal
You must be honest and act in good faith when using this service

The free tool and the paid document pack

The eligibility checker, evidence builder, and estimate are free to use. If you choose to generate a downloadable document pack, you'll be asked to confirm you understand the 14-day cancellation right and separately confirm you want your pack generated immediately (which means giving up that cancellation right, since the pack is instant digital content) — full details are shown to you at that point before you pay anything, if a paid tier is active.

O Law Ventures representation

If you choose to be referred to O Law Ventures Ltd for representation, that's a separate service with its own Client Service Agreement, sent to you before any representation work begins. Choosing this option through ReclaimRent doesn't itself create any obligation — you're free to decide not to proceed once you see the full terms.

No guarantee of outcome

We don't guarantee any particular outcome, award amount, or that your claim will succeed. The estimate shown in the app is based on the information you provide and general Tribunal guidance — it doesn't account for every factor a judge may weigh, and actual awards vary.

Intellectual property

The ReclaimRent name, logo, and the content of this website belong to O Law Ventures Ltd. You may use the tool and download your own generated documents for your own personal use, but you may not copy, resell, or redistribute the service itself.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, O Law Ventures Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this tool, except where that loss results from our negligence or a breach of these terms that we're legally responsible for. This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
